Insurance Billing and Payments: As a courtesy, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance company for services provided; however, co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, payment in full is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, & MasterCard.
